Airport Aviation Services has developed a Gourmet Catering division through its partner company Sky Caterers providing an exclusive service for corporate aviation.

Sky Caterers is the only food service company locally authorized and certified by regulatory agencies like FDA and USDA to provide meals to commercial airlines, and offer their services to corporate aircraft from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The services of this division Sky range from flow management equipment for serving meals and drinks on board, to food preparation, storage products for airlines and transportation and boarding of products and equipment to airplanes.
