THE PROCESS OF MEETING AND BOARDING A WHEELCHAIR PASSENGER

Meets the needs of the passenger that requests the wheelchair.

Helps the passenger from the airline counter through the security check point.

The runner meets the needs of the passenger that requests the wheelchair.

The runner also informs the passenger that he or she will pre-board the aircraft 35 - 45 minutes prior to departure.

In 35 - 45 minutes prior to departure, the runner will have the wheelchair passenger seated on a wheelchair ready to board the aircraft.
THE PROCESS OF MEETING AND DEPLANING A WHEELCHAIR PASSENGER

Our highly trained personnel will have prepared the list of passengers needing assistance on their tablets. However, they will be ready to attend any other wheelchair request.
